Floating Structures
Places to gather, on the water
Majlis, sea chalets, offices, restaurants and marinas, built for the marine environment and finished like hospitality, from single venues to whole destinations.
Solar Floating Majlis
The timeless hospitality of a traditional majlis, set on the water and fully solar-electric: silent, with zero emissions, and able to carry its guests out onto the water under its own power. 12 × 4.8 m. A serene setting for gatherings, meetings and cultural occasions.
Floating Majlis Lounge
A private majlis moored on the water: a glass-walled lounge with a roof terrace above, for intimate gatherings away from the shore. 8 × 4 m, with no engine: it stays at its berth or mooring.
Sea Chalet
Non-motorised suites on the water, from 30 to 200 m², for hotels and resorts adding rooms. A Maldives-style stay in calm water, without building on land.
Floating Office
A workspace on the water for focused work, team meetings and corporate retreats, with every modern office amenity on board. Available in two sizes, 16 × 8 m and 15 × 5 m.
GIA Floating Beach Club
A floating beach club with a pool, cabanas, a bar and dining, in two sizes: 52 × 20 m for up to 577 people, or the 36 × 16 m GIA Mini for up to 234.
Restaurant Boat
Dining that moves: indoor and open-air tables across two decks, gliding across calm water while the meal is served.
Private Jetties & Marinas
Durable, elegant mooring built from marine-grade materials for long life and easy maintenance, from a private jetty to a full marina.
Our Shipyard
Built by hand, in Bahrain
At our 12,000 m² covered shipyard in Al Hidd, a team of 150 marine engineers, designers and craftspeople takes every project from first drawing to launch. Hulls, structures, joinery and interiors are all made under one roof, to an independently audited quality standard.
