Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Business Development Manager located in Al-Hidd. The Marketing & Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying business opportunities. The manager will also be involved in building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing promotional activities to drive sales and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing and business development
- Strong knowledge of market research and analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the marine industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
