Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Yacht Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Al-Hidd. The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee the sales and marketing activities, develop effective strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients, and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the Nautical industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the Leisure Yachting or Premium Real Estate industry
- Success stories selling a big ticket product
- Ability to develop and implement new technics sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in using AI tools
- Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to meet targets !!!!
