Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to help shape and maintain an empowering, inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruiting talent and onboarding to employee engagement, performance management, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business plan.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
  • Facilitate onboarding and employee orientation to set the tone for a positive employee experience.
  • Manage performance management processes, employee relations, and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative company culture that promotes employee growth and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within the construction, marine, or luxury industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Bahrain.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust, coach employees, and act as a culture champion within the organization.
