Floating Structures

Spaces that float

Modular buildings for the water, from a single majlis to venues of up to 1,000 m² and marinas of up to 500 berths, designed and built at our Bahrain shipyard.

Built for the water

Hospitality, without the limits of land

Our floating structures let developers, hotels and governments add venues, workspaces and moorings where land is scarce or the view is better offshore.

Modular

Built in sections at our yard, transported and assembled on site, and able to grow with the destination.

Marine-grade

Materials and engineering chosen for salt, sun and swell, for long life with easy maintenance.

Fully finished

Interiors, joinery, lighting and services completed to hospitality standards before handover.

Solar Floating Majlis · Fully electric

Powered by the sun

A fully solar-electric majlis. Solar panels on the roof feed the batteries that drive its twin electric outboards, so it moves in near silence with zero emissions, carrying its guests out onto the water and lighting up at dusk.
