We are seeking a qualified and visionary Architect with a Master’s degree in Architecture to join our design team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and development of floating homes, marine hospitality projects, and modular water-based structures. You will collaborate with engineers, naval architects, and project managers to deliver innovative and functional designs that align with our brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural concept development for floating and land-integrated marine projects
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and 3D models
- Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure buildable solutions
- Integrate sustainable design principles, marine-specific considerations, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and technical partners as needed
- Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and approvals
- Research materials and technologies suitable for marine environments
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Lumion
- Experience in parametric design tools (e.g., Grasshopper) is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and technical design skills
- Understanding of prefabrication, modular construction, or marine environments is preferred
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
